The Founder
About Sean Munn
I'm Sean Munn, founder of AI Video Systems. I've spent more than a decade working across the entire customer-acquisition journey — websites, SEO and paid advertising, lead generation, qualification, sales systems, community growth, AI video, retargeting and automation. Across it, the businesses I've worked with have generated $60M+ in tracked revenue across 96+ clients. AI Video Systems is where all of it comes together: a done-for-you lead generation system — content, ads, funnel and email marketing, installed and run so it pays for itself in 30 days, or you don't pay.
This page exists so you know exactly whose advice you're reading on the blog, and why it sounds different from most marketing content: it comes from someone who has spent a decade qualifying leads, sitting in sales conversations and being accountable for what closed — not from a content calendar.

The Road Here
How I got here
2015–2017
Exposure
Before this, five years at Tesco — no marketing background, no plan. Then a friend introduced me to his uncle, who ran a marketing company. I learned by doing: walking into local businesses and selling websites for around £800, door to door. One of the first was a fish and chip shop — footfall went up 15–20%, and I realised the website wasn't the outcome. Footfall was. I also travelled to Bulgaria and Hungary to shoot video ad campaigns — I've been doing video for a decade; the technology changed, the principle didn't.
2017–2020
B2B telecom sales — Solutions in Technology, then Onecom
Years of outbound calling, discovery conversations, qualification and objection handling for one of the UK's leading business telecoms providers. This is where I learned what a qualified opportunity actually is — and how much revenue dies between "lead" and "conversation".
2020–2022
My Lead Machine
I founded an appointment-setting agency for the mortgage industry. Brokers didn't want more leads — they were fed up with bad ones. We built a pre-qualification framework and delivered vetted appointments to dozens of brokers, who collectively closed millions in mortgage deals. The lesson that's stayed with me since: a lead is not the product. The product is a qualified person with a genuine chance of becoming a customer.
2022–2024
Organic Prospecting Systems
A B2B client-acquisition company combining LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling and conversion funnels. We generated thousands of qualified appointments — campaigns capable of 100+ a month without paid ads — and I trained and managed the sales development team that ran them. A message isn't valuable because somebody replied. It's valuable if it starts the right journey.
2024–2025
Three Protocol & Block AI
Go-to-market, positioning and community growth in Web3 — a 15,000-member Telegram community at Three Protocol, an 8,500-subscriber newsletter at Block AI. This is where I saw what content could do at real volume, and where most people using it were getting it wrong: attention has compounding value. It doesn't just reach one buyer — it builds familiarity, discussion and a future audience.
2025–present
AI Video Systems
Everything above, assembled into one done-for-you system: content, ads, funnel and email marketing, tailored to the business and run for you — installed so it pays for itself in 30 days, or you don't pay. Attention is only valuable when it becomes revenue. Everything we build exists to prove that, in receipts.
Operating Principles
What I believe about marketing
01
Attention is only valuable when it becomes revenue.
Views, likes and reach are distribution — not the business. The only attention that counts is attention that converts.
02
A lead is only valuable because of what happens next.
Lead volume without follow-up, qualification and close data is a vanity number.
03
The sale starts before the landing page.
Conversion is mostly decided by what a prospect saw and believed before they clicked.
04
Speed-to-lead is marketing performance, not admin.
The hard data on response time is brutal, and almost nobody acts on it.
05
AI is leverage on a strategy — not the strategy.
AI video is infrastructure inside an acquisition system, not the product.
06
Marketing and sales are one loop.
Most "marketing problems" are a leak in the middle of that loop.
Fit
Who I work with — and who I don’t
A good fit
- Established, founder-led service businesses
- Already spending $5,000+/month on advertising
- A proven offer with strong customer results
- Sales capacity to handle more demand
Not a fit (yet)
- Pre-revenue, or still proving the offer
- Low-ticket services with thin acquisition economics
- Shopping for cheap batches of AI videos
If that's you, the engagement starts with a qualification call, and the first 30 days are covered by a money-back guarantee. If it isn't yet, the articles on the blog will help you more than a call would.
